Meeting Dates and Submission Deadlines

All meetings take place in the Community Room on the first floor of Town Hall.

Meeting times are noted below.

Note to Applicants: Ten complete sets of application materials must be submitted to the Building Department by the submission deadline to be considered for placement on the corresponding meeting agenda. Unless otherwise noted in the table below, the submission deadline is the same date as the submission deadline for the Architectural Review Board meeting, two weeks prior to the ARB meeting. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, and only those applications that are complete will be considered. Meeting the submission deadline does not guarantee placement on the next agenda. In cases where an excessive number of applications have been submitted, items may be held for the following month's agenda.
