Application for: Site plan and architectural review approval for the installation of a wireless communications facility consisting of 12 panel antennas and related equipment cabinets mounted on the roof of an existing multi-family residential building. Application also requires special permit approval from the ZBA. Referred from the ZBA on May 22, 2005 and from the ARB on June 2, 2005. Application must be referred back to the ZBA for special permit approval.
