Application for: site plan and architectural review approval for additions and alterations to an existing single-family residence. Referred from the ARB on October 6, 2005.

Application for: site plan and architectural review approval for a one-story addition to an existing two-family residence. Referred from the ARB at a meeting on October 6, 2005. At a meeting on November 9, 2005, the ZBA granted an area variance from the minimum rear yard setback.

6. 05-86 Lou's Luncheonette, 33 Mill Road Public Hearing

Section 65D, Block 4, Lot 19 Zone: RB

Application for: Preliminary review related to an application for a special permit, and area variance from the minimum parking requirements, to permit a restaurant to occupy a storefront in an existing shopping center. If the ZBA grants the special permit and area variance, then the application will require site plan and architectural review approval from the Planning Board. At a meeting on October 11, 2005, the ZBA referred the application to the Planning Board for preliminary review and recommendation.

 

7. 05-20 737 White Plains Road

Section 63A, Block 2, Lot 23B Zone: RB

Application for: Preliminary site plan and architectural review of a proposed 11,000 square-foot 3-story office building. Requires referral to the ZBA for consideration of an area variance from the minimum parking and loading requirements.

 

8. 05-100 1 Tuckahoe Avenue Public Hearing

Section 69, Block 1, Lot 1 Zone: RB

Application for: Preliminary site plan and architectural review for proposed modifications to an existing building for use as medical offices.

Application for: Special permit, site plan and architectural review approval for a proposed Walgreens store with drive-through pharmacy and 55 on-site parking spaces, where a minimum of 70 spaces are required. Application requires referral to the ZBA for consideration of an area variance from the minimum parking requirements.

At a meeting on June 14, 2005, the ZBA conducted a preliminary review of the special permit use and referred the application to the Planning Board. Referred from the ARB on November 3, 2005.

Application for: A special permit to permit a two-family residence on that portion of the lot lying within the one-family residence district in accordance with Section 7.A. and 12.H.6. of the Zoning Law.

Application for: Preliminary review related to an application for a use variance from the ZBA to permit a car detailing business in an RB District. If the use variances is granted, the application will require a special permit and site plan and architectural review approval from the Planning Board. At a meeting on November 9, 2005, the ZBA referred the application to the Planning Board for preliminary review and recommendation.
