1. 05-36 29 Arlington Road Public Hearing

Section 64A, Block 1, Lot 29 Zone: R7.5

Application for: Amended site plan and architectural review approval for additions and alterations to an existing single-family residence. The proposed plan is a modification to plans previously approved by the Planning Board on September 28, 2006. At meetings on June 14, 2006 and March 14, 2006, the ZBA granted area variances to permit the front porch to extend the full width of the residence, where porches are permitted to extend across a maximum of 30 percent of the width of a residence, and to permit the porch to have a front yard setback of 25.46 feet where a minimum setback of 26 feet is required.

2. 06-01 876 and 878 White Plains Road Public Hearing

Section 53, Block 2, Lots 42 and 42A Zone: R5

Application for: Approval for a proposed two-lot resubdivision. At a meeting on March 14, 2006, the ZBA granted area variances to permit a lot frontage of 48.72 feet on each lot where a minimum of 50 feet is required.

3. 06-04 22 Alkamont Avenue Public Hearing

Section 57, Block3, Lot 10 Zone: R5

Application for: Site plan and architectural review approval for a new single-family residence.

4. 06-18 46 Water Street Public Hearing

Section 65A, Block 2, Lot 13 Zone: R5

Application for: Site plan and architectural review approval for a new single-family residence.

5. 06-25 81 Joyce Road Public Hearing

Section 66H, Block 4, Lot 16 Zone: R5

Application for: Site plan and architectural review approval for additions and alterations to an existing single-family residence.
