Application for: final site plan and architectural review approval for additions and alterations to an existing single-family residence and commercial garage. At a ZBA meeting on April 11, 2006, the application received a use variance to permit a car detailing business within the garage. Referred from the ARB on May 4, 2006.

Application for: preliminary site plan and architectural review of a new 2,840 square foot commercial building with 18 off-street parking spaces. Requires area variances for one side yard setback, minimum required parking spaces, and minimum landscaping for a parking lot. Referred from the ZBA at a meeting on May 9, 2006 to the Planning Board for preliminary review and comments.

Application for: preliminary sketch plan review of a proposed two-lot subdivision and a boundary line adjustment to create one new building lot. The existing lot at 85 Tuckahoe Avenue has frontage on both Tuckahoe Avenue and Hickory Hill Road and is improved with a legal non-conforming 4-family residence which the applicant proposes to convert to a 3-family residence. A boundary line adjustment at 67 Hickory Hill Road is proposed in order for the newly-created lot on Hickory Hill Road to meet the minimum frontage requirement.

Application for: preliminary site plan and architectural review of a carry-out restaurant proposed to occupy space formerly used for retail and personal service uses. The application requires a special permit from the ZBA for the carry-out restaurant. At a meeting on May 9, 2006, the ZBA referred the application to the Planning Board for review and comment.
