Application for: final site plan and architectural review approval for additions and alterations to an existing single-family residence and commercial garage. At a ZBA meeting on April 11, 2006, the application received a use variance to permit a car detailing business within the garage. Referred from the ARB on May 4, 2006.

A boundary line adjustment at 67 Hickory Hill Road is proposed in order for the newly-created lot on Hickory Hill Road to meet the minimum frontage requirement.
