Application for: subdivision approval for a proposed four-lot single-family residential subdivision.

2. 07-07 Siwanoy Country Club, Pondfield Road Public Hearing - Continuation

Section 79, Block 1, Lot 7; Section 79A, Block 8, Lot 28; Section 73, Block 1, Lot 18A, Section 79C, Block 5 Lot 10 Zone: R20

Application for: amended site plan and architectural review approval for proposed improvements to pool, paddle tennis, locker room and parking facilities.

Area variances are required from the ZBA for the effective square for the proposed new building lot and for the gross floor area of the existing residence.
