Application for: approval of a proposed re-subdivision to create one new building lot.

2. 07-59 83-87 Maple Street Public Hearing

Section 63H, Block 1, Lots 21A, 21B, and 21C Zone: RB/R6

Application for: a special permit to allow the extension of a multi-family use over the R6 district boundary in accordance with Section 12.H.7 of the Zoning Law and preliminary site plan and architectural review for a new multi-family residential development consisting of 10 two-bedroom attached dwelling units and a total of 26 off-street parking spaces.

Application for: subdivision approval for a proposed four-lot single-family residential subdivision.

Application for: amended site plan and architectural review approval for proposed improvements to pool, paddle tennis, locker room and parking facilities.

Application for: site plan and architectural review approval for additions and alterations to an existing single-family residence.

6. 07-41 Omnipoint, 24 Ray Place Public Hearing

Section 60, Block 6, Lot 11 Zone: RB

Application for: a special permit to allow the installation of a wireless communications facility consisting of 6 antennas with a 8 foot high screen wall on the roof of an exiting building and equipment cabinets to be located in the storage room of the lower level parking garage. At a meeting on July 24, 2007, the ZBA referred this application to the ARB for architectural review.

Application for: site plan and architectural review approval for a new single-family residence.

8. 07-48 60 Anderson Avenue Public Hearing

Section 57, Block 2, Lot 28 Zone: R5

Application for: site plan and architectural review approval for additions and alterations to an existing single-family residence. At a meeting on June 12, 2007, the ZBA granted area variances from the side yard setback and side yard setback for a porch.
