Application for: site plan and architectural review approval for a new single-family residence.

Application for: site plan and architectural review approval for additions and alterations to an existing single-family residence. At a meeting on April 8, 2008, the ZBA granted area variances from the front and side yard setback requirements.

Application for: special permit approval to permit a private learning center in an existing commercial building in accordance with Section 12.H.16 of the Zoning Law. Requires referral to the ZBA for a consideration of an area variance from the special permit requirement that separate bathroom facilities be provided for males and females.
