Section 65A, Block 3, Lots 9.1 and 9.2 Zone: R7.5

Application for: subdivision approval for a redivision of a prior two-lot subdivision (creating lots 9.1 and 9.2) and a further subdivision of Lot 9.1 to create one new building lot. At a meeting on June 10, 2008, the ZBA granted area variances from the effective square for the proposed new building lot and for the gross floor area of the existing residence.

Section 63A, Block 2, Lot 23B Zone: RB

Application for: site plan and architectural review approval for a new 2,840 square foot retail building and 18 off-street parking spaces. At a meeting on October 10, 2006, the ZBA granted area variances from the minimum side yard setback and off-street parking requirements.

Application for: site plan and architectural review approval for proposed façade, signage and site improvements to an existing shopping center.
