Section 66H, Block 5, Lot 172 Zone: R5

Application for: An area variance to legalize an existing deck with a rear yard setback of 12.3' where a minimum of 19' is permitted, a deficiency of 6.7'or 35.3%. (A building permit was issued in 1997 to construct a deck with a rear yard setback of 22').

Section 58, Block 3, Lot 42 Zone: RB

Application for: A special permit for a private parking lot, area variances from the minimum landscaped buffer/setback requirements and permission for tandem parking.

3. 05-29 Leewood Golf Club, 1 Leewood Drive Public Hearing

Section 61, 63, Block 111, Lots 3, 90, 100 Zone: R10

Application for: A waiver from the current moratorium on development for the referenced property and a use variance to permit the construction of a new 14' x 70' golf bag storage building to replace an existing 12' x 46' golf bag storage building.

Section 76, Block 4, Lot 3 Zone: R5

Application for: An area variance from the minimum required front yard setback to permit an addition to an existing single-family residence with a front yard setback of 20' where a minimum of 30' is required, a deficiency of 10' or 33%.

5. 05-38 113 White Road Public Hearing

Section 56, Block 4, Lots 1 and 2 Zone: R5

Application for: An area variance from the minimum required lot area to permit a 4651 square foot building lot where a minimum of 5000 square feet is required, a deficiency of 359 square feet or 7%.
