1. 05-84 Classic Audi, 541 White Plains Road Public Hearing

Section 48, Block 1, Lot 26 Zone: R6

Application for: an interpretation of the Zoning Law to determine whether a proposed expansion to Classic Audi's vehicle display and customer parking area requires a use variance.

 

2. 06-91 Commerce Bank, 685 White Plains Road Public Hearing

Section 63, Block 1, Lots 1-8 Zone: R5

Application for: a use variance to permit the construction of a new 5,014 square-foot bank with 25 off-street parking spaces within the R5, One Family Residence District.

 

3. 06-103 Three Olives Restaurant Group, 219 Main Street Public Hearing

Section 68, Block 1, Lots 11 Zone: RB

Application for: a special permit to operate a restaurant and an area variance from the off-street parking requirement. A minimum of 50 off-street parking spaces are required and 0 spaces are proposed, a deficiency of 50 spaces or 100 percent.

4. 06-104 96 Johnson Road Public Hearing

Section 56, Block 4, Lot 26 Zone: R5

Application for: an area variance to permit a one-story addition to an existing single-family residence with a setback for a side yard adjoining a street of 11 feet where a minimum of 14 feet is required, a deficiency of 3 feet or 21.4 percent.

 

5. 06-105 29 Arlington Road Public Hearing

Section 64A, Block 1, Lot 29 Zone: R7.5

Application for: an area variance to legalize an existing single-family residence with a ridge height of 34.2 feet where a maximum of 33 feet is permitted, an excess of 1.2 feet or 3.6 percent.

 

6. 06-109 68 Madison Road Public Hearing

Section 55, Block 10, Lot 2 Zone: R5

Application for: for an area variance to legalize and existing stairway and platform, for a side entrance, located four feet from the property line where a minimum of six feet is required a deficiency of 2 feet or 33.3 percent.
