2. 07-41 Omnipoint, 24 Ray Place Public Hearing - Continuation Section 60, Block 6, Lot 11 Zone: RB Application for: a special permit to allow the installation of a wireless communications facility consisting of 6 antennas with a 8 foot high screen wall on the roof of an exiting building and equipment cabinets to be located in the storage room of the lower level parking garage.
3. 07-51 57 Bradley Road Public Hearing - Continuation Section 62, Block 2, Lot 40 Zone: R5 Application for: area variances to legalize a detached garage with: a side yard setback of 4.1 feet where a minimum of 5 feet is required, a deficiency of 0.9 feet or 18 percent; a rear yard setback of 4.7 feet where a minimum of 5 feet is required, a deficiency of 0.3 feet or 6 percent; and a distance from the principal building of 8.9 feet where a minimum of 10 feet is required, a deficiency of 1.1 feet or 11 percent.
