Teen Scene 2014

It is that time of year again for the teens of Eastchester, Tuckahoe, Bronxville to register for our Teen Scene Program. "Teen Scene" offers a place for teens to get together, have fun and make new friends in a safe, chaperoned environment. We encourage all teens to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. **We understand that some families have difficulty paying for Teen Scene, but would still like their teen to participate in the program. We wish to help those who are truly in need. Along with the Community Fund, we have come up with a Scholarship Program to help. Please call the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation at (914) 771-3313 for further information. 

US Sports Institute-FALL Programs
The US Sports Institute has a several programs to introduce our young residents between the ages of 2-5 to the sport of soccer as well as a allowing them to try their hand at a variety of sports. The Mother/Child Playgroup is one of our most popular programs! This two-hour program is designed for caregivers and tots to meet, socialize and play! Enjoy play time, circle time, snack time and craft time. It's always a FUN time! This program is held at Haindl Field in the Recreation Room. 1 Gabriel Rescigno Drive, Scarsdale (Behind Fresh Market Shopping Center).

Kiddie and Youth Tennis at Leewood Tennis Courts

**We are currently fill for all Tennis Classes and

taking a Waitlist for each class**

If your child is looking to learn the exciting sport of tennis or brush up on some of their current skills in a group setting then this is the class for you. Residents between the ages of 4 and entering 6th grade can choose a class to have fun while learning about strokes, footwork, volleys through a ton of age-appropriate tennis games and activities. All participants must have their own racquet.

Eastchester Instructional 

Basketball League (EIBL)

The EIBL is an instructional league that empahsizes on learning and fun. The league is for Eastchester boys and girls in grades 4-8. Please click on the link below for additional information and a registration form.

Bronco Hoops

This Saturday Morning Basketball program will be run by the Bronxville High School Basketball Coaches and the Bronxville Varsity Basketball Players. Receive hands on, personalized instruction. Each day participants will take part in 30 minutes of skill development and drills and then put those skills into practice during 30 minutes of controlled game play.

Halloween Rag-A-Muffin Parade

Sponsored by Comizio Orthodontics

Sunday, October 26th 

Join us for a fun-filled walk from the Eastchester Middle School to Town Hall where all participants will enjoy snacks provided by the Eastchester Little League and a DJ dance party. The parade is open to all pre-school children through grade 6. All participants will receive a goodie bag. 

The Community Fund

The Community Fund is a non-profit corporation founded in 1919 to enhance the quality of life for, and provide assistance to, all residents living in the Bronxville 10708, Eastchester and Tuckahue areas (the "BET community"). The Community Fund monitors the BET community to determine which services are most needed and provides grant funding and administrative support to the social service agencies and community programs that meet these various essential needs.
