Teen Scene Spring 2015

It is that time of year again for the teens of Eastchester, Tuckahoe, Bronxville to register for our Teen Scene Program. "Teen Scene" offers a place for teens to get together, have fun and make new friends in a safe, chaperoned environment. We encourage all teens to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. **We understand that some families have difficulty paying for Teen Scene, but would still like their teen to participate in the program. We wish to help those who are truly in need. Along with the Community Fund, we have come up with a Scholarship Program to help. Please call the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation at (914) 771-3313 for further information.

Easter Egg Hunt

Sponsored by Comizio Orthodontics

Join us on the Eastchester Town Hall Lawn on Saturday, March 28th at 2:00pm for a fun-filled afternoon including thousands of Easter Eggs, cookies and an opportunity to take a picture with the Easter Bunny!


Bronco Hoops Basketball Camp is rooted in teaching the fundeamental skills and strategy of basketball in a manner that is both fun and educational. Each day athletes will participate in skill based stations that focus on individual player development. This 1/2 day camp will take place during the School Spring Break from March 30th- April 3rd and is available for Boys and Girls ages 6-14.

Mother/Child Play Group- Spring 2015

This 8 week program is for 1-4 year olds with a parent or guardian. The two hour program is designed for caregivers with tots to meet, socialize and play. Enjoy crafts and snacks as well as singing and playing.

Tennis Lessons at Leewood Tennis
Is your child looking to learn how to play tennis or brush up on their skills? Then we have a class for you! Participants need to supply their own tennis rackets and bring something to drink. All classes are held at Leewood Tennis Courts on Saturdays beginning on April 25th. Class space is limited so sign up early to get a

Sports Institute Classes for 2-5 year olds

The US Sports Institute has a variety of classes for 2-5 year olds that you can enjoy with your child. These programs introduce children to a variety of sports and allow them to participate alone or you to participate with them in a Parent and Me class. **Please use the General Recreation Form located in the borchure above when registering for these classes**

Specialty Summer Camps

Bronxville Sports and Science Camps
The mission of the Bronxville Sports and Science Camps is to provide children with expereinces in a variety of sports, enrich them in the field of science exploration, and empower them with decision-making skills. Blending the disciplines found in sports and academics with the life lesson theme provides children with a camp experience that will be both valuable and memorable.

Community Fund

The Community Fund is a non-profit corporation founded in 1919 to enhance the quality of life for, and provide assistance to, all residents living in the Bronxville 10708, Eastchester and Tuckahue areas (the "BET community"). The Community Fund monitors the BET community to determine which services are most needed and provides grant funding and administrative support to the social service agencies and community programs that meet these various essential needs.
