The Chairman: Calls meeting to order.

9 Ms. Uhle: States Mr. Papale and Mr.

McIntyre are running late.

The Chairman: States Application 06-94

11 has been adjourned until the January 4th

meeting.

13 APPLICATION 06-97, 116 LAKESHORE DRIVE

Ms. Rivera: Rebecca Rivera, architect

15 for the applicant. Explains application is

before board to add a second story on an

16 existing house. States they're keeping the

same footprint except they're bumping out the

17 front to accommodate a vestibule. Shows plans.

States facade will be stucco. Shows sample of

18 shingles. Describes front facade. Explains

house blends in with the neighboring houses.

The Chairman: Asks what chimney is made

20 of.

21 Ms. Rivera: States stucco.

22 Ms. Bonasia: Discusses front elevations.

Feels where windows are it looks sparse.

Ms. Rivera: Indicates they could push

24 the windows closer.

25 Ms. Bonasia: Suggests re-balancing that.

Feels everything else looks proportionately
