The Chairman: Calls meeting to order.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Ms. Uhle: States Mr. McIntyre will not

5 be able to attend tonights meeting. States Mr.

Papale is running late.

Calls roll:

Ms. Brescia: Present.

Ms. Raffiani: Present.

Ms. Bonasia: Present.

11 Application 08-15,

Mr. Cotugno: John Cotugno, architect.

13 States they would like to build an addition on

the right side of the house to allow for a

14 garage on the first floor and bedroom on the

second floor. Explains they were before the

15 Zoning Board because they needed a variance.

Explains addition is ten feet back from the

16 house itself. Shows plan. States garage will

have a barn type door with double hung windows

17 with the grills. States they may be changing

all of the siding on the house.

Ms. Bonasia: Feels this is a nice

19 addition and work well with what was there

before. Feels it blends in well.

The Chairman: Suggests putting in a

21 decorative window on the higher gable.

22 Mr. Cotugno: Feels it might be too busy.

States he would get rid of the vent if he put

23 in a window. Explains he put the vent in to

match the other gable.

The Chairman: Asks if they will have a

25 light over the garage door.

Mr. Cotugno: States they will probably

3 put in carriage lights one on each side of the

garage door.

The Chairman: Suggests putting in a

5 sconce by the front door.

6 Mr. Cotugno: States he could do that.

7 Ms. Brescia: Asks about central air

conditioning units.

Mr. Cotugno: States there are no plans

9 to put in central air conditioning.

10 The Chairman: Makes a motion to open the

public hearing on Application 08-15.

Ms. Raffiani: Seconds motion.

The Chairman: Makes a motion to close

15 the public hearing.

16 Ms. Raffiani: Seconds motion.

18 Ms. Uhle: Reviews recommendations: Put

sconces on the sides of the garage door and

19 possibly a sconce adjacent to the front door;

to look at the gable.

Ms. Brescia: Makes a motion to move

21 Application 08-15 on to the Planning Board with

the recommendations noted.

Ms. Raffiani: Seconds motion.

Ms. Brescia: States they will adjourn

25 the approval of the minutes until the next

meeting.
