2008 Meeting DatesMeeting Dates and Submission Deadlines: 2008 Planning Board, ZBA, and ARB meetings take place in the Court Room in basement of Town Hall. Sign Review meetings take place in the Community Room on the first floor of Town Hall.
Note to Applicants: Ten complete sets of application materials must be submitted to the Building Department by the submission deadline to be considered for placement on the corresponding meeting agenda. Unless otherwise noted in the table below, the submission deadline is two weeks prior to the meeting. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, and only those applications that are complete will be considered. Meeting the submission deadline does not guarantee placement on the next agenda. In cases where an excessive number of applications have been submitted, items may be held for the following month's agenda. See Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals and Architectural Review Board application packages for public hearing and notice requirements.
*Meeting dates and submission deadlines have been changed, as noted above, due to conflicts with holidays and Town meetings.
