The Architectural Review Board functions as an advisory board to the Planning Board. Any applications that require a review from the Architectural Review Board must appear before the Architectural Review Board first, and then appear before the Planning Board. Typically this can be done in the same month since the Architectural Review Board meets on the first Thursday and the Planning Board meets on the 4th Thursday.
However, we advise you to check the calendar since meeting dates are occasionally shifted to accommodate holidays, religious observances, etc. that could impact the ability of the public to participate in the meetings.
